This workshop is just for the girls (mothers and daughters, grandmothers, aunts, cousins, etc.)

We will concentrate on situational awareness while out doing our daily activities (shopping, talking on the phone, walking to our cars, etc.).

This is a 1 mile walk around Peninsula Town Center in Hampton.  If you can’t walk, please consider donating to this worthy cause.

LILAC LANE  is a FUN place to be creative and take your painting skills to a whole  new level - and it's even more fun when you do it with a friend!

Snacks and drinks will be provided.  Bring a friend along for the fun or meet some new ones at our event!

This will be a time to reflect on things you'd like to improve on, change or something new you'd like to try.  We will work  TOGETHER to see how the STRONGER TOGETHER TRIBE can help you along your journey and EMPOWER YOU to work your plans for a better year ahead.
